1. About Zicco
Zicco is a print-on-demand fashion and pop culture merchandise brand. All products are printed only after an order is placed. We do not keep ready stock. Each item is custom-made for the customer.
2. Website Use
By using our website, you agree that:
You will provide true, accurate, and complete information during checkout.
You will not use the website for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
You will not attempt to damage, hack, or misuse the website or its systems.
You will not copy, steal, or reuse Zicco’s content, designs, or branding without permission.
We reserve the right to block or restrict access if misuse is detected.
3. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability.
Because we use a print-on-demand model, products are made only after payment is confirmed.
Once printing has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Product images are for reference. Actual colors and prints may slightly differ due to lighting, screens, and printing process.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change anytime without notice.
Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways such as Razorpay.
Zicco does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Print-on-Demand Policy
Since all products are custom-made:
Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric feel are normal.
Slight differences between screen images and final product are not considered defects.
Because items are made specially for you, returns are limited.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled only within the allowed time window (as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Once printing starts, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds or replacements are given only for damaged, wrong, or defective products.
No refund for wrong size selection, change of mind, or minor color variation.
All refund decisions are final after review.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and printed within the stated processing time.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or other reasons.
Zicco is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
If your order is lost or delayed unusually, contact us with your Order ID.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website including:
Designs
Logos
Images
Text
Graphics
belongs to Zicco. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without written permission.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, messages, or feedback:
You give Zicco permission to use it for marketing or display.
You confirm that your content does not violate any laws or rights of others.
We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or harmful content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zicco is not responsible for:
Indirect or accidental damages
Delays caused by third-party services
Loss due to misuse of products
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
11. Account Responsibility
If you create an account:
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
You are responsible for activities done through your account.
Zicco is not responsible for misuse caused by shared or leaked passwords.

You agree to follow all local laws while using our website and products. Any dispute will be handled under Indian law.
