This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Zicco processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. About Our Shipping Model

Zicco follows a print-on-demand system. This means every product is printed and prepared only after your order is confirmed and payment is received. We do not keep ready-made stock. Each item is made specially for you, which is why processing takes slightly longer than regular ready-stock brands.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully completed:

Order verification: 0–1 working day

Printing and quality check: 2–5 working days

Packing and dispatch: 1 working day

Total processing time before shipping: 3–7 working days

During sales, festivals, or high order volume, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping Coverage

Zicco currently delivers across India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time unless clearly mentioned on the website.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or restricted locations where courier service is unavailable.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping offers may be available during special promotions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order is shipped:

Metro cities: 4–6 working days

Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 working days

Remote or rural areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or government restrictions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

You can track your order using the link provided.

If you do not receive tracking details within expected time, contact us with your Order ID.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If you are not available:

Courier may contact you by phone.

If delivery fails multiple times, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

Reshipping charges may apply.

Refund will be processed only after deducting shipping and return charges.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and correct address details.

Zicco is not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect address

Delivery failure due to wrong contact number

Packages lost due to incorrect information

If an order is returned due to wrong address, reshipping will be charged.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos before opening

Record an unboxing video if possible

Email us within 48 hours with proof

If the package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or security

Contact courier using tracking

Email us if still unresolved

We will help you investigate with the courier company.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

Zicco is not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters

Lockdowns

Strikes

War or political situations

Courier company failures

These are considered events beyond our control.

11. Split Shipments

Sometimes orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

Different printing locations

Product availability

Size or weight limits

In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

12. Lost Shipments

If your order is confirmed lost by the courier:

We will either resend the product or refund the amount.

Decision will be made after courier investigation.
