REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Zicco follows a print-on-demand model. Each product is made after you place an order.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible.
- Return & Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements are provided only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- There is a clear printing or manufacturing defect

Mention your Order ID
Attach clear photos or videos of the issue
After verification, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method used via Razorpay.
- Non-Refundable Cases
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Change of mind after order
- Minor color difference due to screen or print variation
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery
